User Guide-1.How to find the right position

The position to apply Breathe Right is very important.
The maximum effect will only be achieved if it is placed in the correct position.
Pinch the nose from both sides with the thumb and forefinger at a position below the nasal bone.
The best position is where you can no longer breathe.
Pinch the nose from top to bottom to find the correct position.

User Guide-2.How to apply

When applied correctly, Breathe Right's unique plastic bar resilience will keep the nasal widening effect in place until it is removed.
Wash your nose thoroughly and allow it to dry.
Align the center of the strip with the center of the nose and both sides of the strip with the pre-identified position.
Bend both sides of the strip along the nose and rub with fingers to make it firmly adhere.

Remove the strip gently and slowly so as not to stress the skin.
Wet the Breathe Right strip well with warm water and peel off the four corners first.
Remove it by pulling it up slowly and slightly from both sides.

Caution when removing

● If you feel pain when removing it, stop, wet it again with lukewarm water, etc., thoroughly, and then slowly remove it. Please note that forcible removal may damage the skin.
● In dry seasons or weather, protect the skin by applying cream after removing the product. If you are using the product every day, please give the skin a rest by allowing a day without using the product.
● If adhesive remains on the nose, warm the nose with a hot wet towel to remove any remaining adhesive.

Cautions-Do not use

● Do not use if you have experienced hypersensitivity symptoms from this product or natural rubber.
● Do not use for any purpose other than the product’s intended use. This product is a tape worn over the surface of the nose to widen the nasal passages.
● Do not use for children under five years old.
● Do not use if you have scars, eczema, sunburn, or any other skin problems.
● It can be used day or night but should not be used for more than 12 consecutive hours in one day. Doing so may cause a rash or irritation.
● Do not use if you are sensitive to irritation from adhesive bandages.

Cautions-When to consult a doctor

1.Discontinue use and consult a dermatologist in the following cases. Continued use may worsen symptoms.
•If symptoms such as redness, tingling, pain, peeling skin, abr asions, etc. or hypersensitivity symptoms (rash, itching, etc.) occur at the site of application due to use of this product.
•If pain persists or red marks remain after removal.
2.The use of this product does not rel ieve sleep apnea. Consult a physician if sleep apnea is suspected.

Cautions-Other points

1.If this product is reapplied, the tape's adhesive strength will decrease, and it will easily come off.
2.When removing this product, wet it thoroughly with lukewarm water, etc., and then slowly peel it off.
3.For sensitive skin, try the clear type. No clear type is available in the small size.
4.Do not touch your eyes with your fingers after rubbing the product when using the cool type.

● Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. ● Keep out of reach of young children. ● Discard after each use. ● After use, dispose of the product according to the category designated by the local government.
This product does not use natural rubber as an adhesive. The sheet (wrapping paper) that is wrapped around this product uses natural rubber as an adhesive, so those allergic to natural rubber should be careful not to touch the adhesive on the sheet (wrapping paper).
