Product features

●This is the first long-acting nasal spray containing oxymetazoline hydrochloride and chlorpheniramine maleate.
●Use once or twice a day for a long-lasting effect.
●The ingredients are effective for stuffy nose, runny nose, and sneezing.
●A spray that dispenses a set amount of liquid medication. Once sprayed, the liquid does not flow back into the container, making it hygienic.

Indication

Acute rhinitis with stuffy nose or alleviation of the following symptoms due to allergic rhinitis: stuffy nose, runny nose (excessive nasal discharge), sneezing

Dosage and administration

Spray the following (one) doses into the nasal cavity. Leave more than 10 to 12 hours between applications. Do not use continuously for more than one week. When discontinuing use, do not use for at least 2 weeks. Stop using when symptoms improve.


Adults (over 15: 2 to 3 times in each nasal cavity): 1 to 2 times a day
Under 15: Do not use this product.

Precautions of Dosage and Administration

(1) Strictly follow the prescribed dosage and administration.
(2) This medication has a long-lasting effect and is effective when used once or twice a day.
 Excessive use may actually cause stuffy nose.
(3) The medicine should be used only for nasal application.

Ingredient and amount

In 100ml
Oxymetazoline hydrochloride: 0.05g: Long-lasting nasal blood vessel constrictor helps to improve congestion of the nasal mucosa and relieve stuffy nose.
Chlorpheniramine maleate: 0.5g: Relieves stuffy nose and runny nose due to allergies.

Precautions

■When not to use the product
(If you do not follow these instructions, the current symptoms may worsen or adverse reactions are more likely to occur.)
1.This product should not be used by the following persons
(1) Patients who have had an allergic symptom to this drug or its ingredients.
(2) Those taking monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAO).
*Drugs containing MAO inhibitors include the following, and are used in the treatment of Parkinson’s disease. Zonisamide is also used in the treatment of epilepsy.

(3) Children under 15
2.Do not use other rhinitis nasal drops while using this drug
3.Do not use continuously for more than one week (continuous application of this medication may cause damage to the nasal mucous)

Precautions for storage and handling

(1) Cover and store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight.
(2) Keep out of reach of children.
(3) Do not transfer the medicine to a different container. (It may lead to misuse or alter the quality of the drug. )
(4) Do not share with others.
(5) Do not use the product after its expiration date.

<how to use>
1.Gently blow your nose before use .(do not blow too hard)
2.Remove the cover and hold the container as shown in the figure. (when using for the first time, press several times until the liquid medication dispenses as mist)
3.Place the tip of the nozzle gently into the nasal cavity and spray the medication. Repeat the same action for the other nasal cavity.
4.Wipe the portion that touches the nose and put on the cover to keep the container clean.

<Notes on use>
1.Medication will not turn to mist when dispenser is held horizontally, so be sure to use it holding vertically.
2.Blow your nose before use to clear the nasal passages.
3.After use wipe the nozzle area with tissue paper to keep it clean.
4.Be aware that medicine may become contaminated should the tip of the container come into contact with nasal discharge.
